Radio Frequencies?

I have my sdr tuned to one specific frequency (not accurately) I just have it on a random number where I can hear these people. NFM but when I change the filter (wide, narrow or normal) I get three different voices talking about different things at the same time! One mode is a male that calls himself Jason (I have my doubts because the person I thought he was has an obituary on Legacy.com) he’s listening to something and telling the others that “they are talking about her right now”. I change the filter and hear a female telling others that “they squeezed him” I’m not sure if that was regurgitated spew (they are obviously known liars) or if she was listening to a scene from earlier in the day (or week)? I change the filter again and of course I hear someone up front trying to cover things up but behind that voice was a room with no person speaking and this got the males (Chris-bad guy) attention. Apparently they were also noticing that there was an open line but no one is there and that must be unusual.
