Radio Frequencies?

I am going to my local police department today to file a report with them and see if they can offer any help with my stalker situation. I am hoping they can do some type of cell phone forensics on my old sim card and trace any malware that might be on there or old phone numbers that I hadn’t known about. Either way at least with their permission I will be able to get a professional private investigator to take my case and do some type of audio surveillance or forensics. Thats what I am hoping for anyways. What kind of attorneys take these cases?
