Radio Frequencies?

I was on twitter looking up some different topics and I came across a few “targeted individuals”. I had never heard this term before. There are many similarities between us. However, there is no v2k for me. For those of you who are not familiar with these terms V2K is short for voice to skull. That is how they hear them. I hear mine off of the frequencies around me, not in my head.
