Radio Frequencies?

I know who some of these people are. I know where they are from. I know some of their names and other general information about them. I believe they are using wireless mic systems and the open channels in my area to stalk and harass me. I had private investigators do a professional sweep using hi-tech counter surveillance measures equipment and they were not able to find any devices or strange signals that would help me prove my situation. I have also had some audio forensics done on a couple pieces of audio recordings that also yielded nothing. I can hear them but no one else can. I need audio surveillance of them but that’s illegal. I would do it myself but because of the nature of my situation, being telepathically challenged and all, they would know when I did. I’m not exaggerating when I say they steal me every day all day. They humiliate me, harass me and my family, hypnotize me constantly and set me up every chance they get. How am I supposed to fight back? I am only one person and I am seriously handicapped.
